Weeks normally run from Friday to Friday. Please contact us for any other combination of dates you require and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Other Ts and Cs
Arrival from 2 pm on arrival date to 10 am departure date. We try to be as flexible as we can.
Bookings will not be accepted by anyone under 25.
Hen and Stag parties are not accepted.
The owners reserve the right to decline a booking, for any reason.
Please note : Only the persons booked into the Lodge may enter / stay in the Lodge.
The hirer only has the right to occupy the property for the period agreed.
The owners reserve the right to decline admittance to any person or persons who, in their opinion, is not suitable to take charge of the property. In such cases a full refund will be made, and the liability of the owners shall cease. No claims will be made against the owners for circumstances out with their control, which prevents them from letting the Lodge, e.g. fire, flood etc.
The hirer will be responsible for the condition of the Lodge, any breakages and it’s entire contents during the hire period. The hirer (person responsible), will be deemed to be the person who made the booking.
All damage or breakages must be reported, and any substantial ones, paid for.
The Lodge must be left in a clean, neat and tidy condition.
Prices include all bed linen, towels and Wi Fi.
For two week hires, the Lodge will be cleaned and sheets changed each Friday. Please note this can only be carried out if the Lodge and it’s contents are left tidy.
Electricity and central heating and Wi-Fi are included in price.
We are not VAT registered.
Outside bins are emptied every Thursday.
Drumboy Lodge is a non-smoking area. Smoking is however, permitted in the garden.
Because the Lodge is built on a working farm, please note, no pets are allowed.
A deposit of £150 is payable on all bookings. All bank charges and card charges are payable by you.
All deposits are non refundable. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received, and a confirmation sent by T & G Dunbar.
The balance of the holiday is due one week before the arrival date. Non payment by this time, will indicate that you wish to cancel your holiday. Please arrange your own cancellation insurance to provide for refund in the event of circumstances causing cancellation, if you wish.
The owners believe the information on their website to be correct, but cannot accept any liability for any errors or misunderstandings.
The owners of the Lodge do not accept any liability for loss, damage, illness or injury suffered by persons whilst staying at the Lodge.
It is important that you enjoy your stay, and every effort has been made to ensure this, however, in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, please contact the owners immediately so that the problem can be rectified.
